F2M Pay Terms of Service
Terms governing merchant use of the F2M Pay WooCommerce plugin and connected external payment services.
Last updated: July 2026
1. Service Overview
F2M Pay is a cryptocurrency payment processing service provided by F2M Labs and made available to merchants through the F2M Pay WooCommerce plugin. It enables WooCommerce merchants to accept cryptocurrency payments from customers through supported payment gateways including F2M Pay and DPT Pay.
2. Eligibility
To use F2M Pay, you must operate a legitimate WooCommerce online store, register a merchant account at merchant.f2mlabs.com, and comply with all applicable laws regarding cryptocurrency transactions in your jurisdiction.
3. Payment Processing
F2M Pay facilitates cryptocurrency payments between customers and merchants through the F2M Pay API. Supported cryptocurrencies may include BTC, ETH, USDT, BUSD, BNB, and other supported assets available on the platform. Payment amounts are calculated based on real-time exchange rates at the time of transaction.
4. Fees
Transaction fees may apply and are disclosed in your merchant dashboard or merchant agreement. Fee schedules are subject to change with prior notice. Refund processing or partner-imposed handling may incur additional fees. Settlement cycles may vary depending on partner processing, blockchain conditions, and compliance review.
5. Refunds
Merchants may initiate refunds through their WooCommerce admin panel or other supported merchant tools. Refund processing times depend on the relevant blockchain network or payment partner. Cryptocurrency price fluctuations between payment and refund are the merchant's responsibility.
6. Merchant Responsibilities
You must maintain the confidentiality of your API Key and Webhook Secret, ensure your WooCommerce store operates over HTTPS, keep the plugin updated to the latest version, and comply with all applicable anti-money laundering (AML), know-your-customer (KYC), sanctions, and local regulatory obligations.
7. Data Handling
F2M Pay processes only the data necessary to complete transactions, such as order number, amount, currency, merchant identifier, and technical callback details. Customer personal information such as name, email address, and physical address is not intended to be transmitted through the standard payment flow. For more details, see our Privacy Policy.
8. Service Availability
F2M Pay strives for high availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible. F2M Labs is not liable for losses due to blockchain network delays, congestion, third-party provider failures, or other factors outside our reasonable control.
9. Limitation of Liability
F2M Labs is not responsible for losses arising from cryptocurrency price volatility or unauthorized access resulting from a merchant's failure to secure API credentials, WordPress access, or related systems. To the maximum extent permitted by law, total liability is limited to the fees paid by the merchant in the preceding 12 months for the affected service.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate the service at any time, subject to any pending operational, settlement, or compliance obligations. Upon termination, pending transactions may need to be processed to completion. Merchants should remove the plugin and revoke API credentials when service use ends.
11. Modifications
F2M Labs reserves the right to modify these terms with 30 days' prior notice where reasonably practicable. Continued use of the plugin or connected service after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR, unless a separate written merchant agreement states otherwise.
13. Contact
Questions about these terms may be sent to contact@f2mlabs.com.
